TeachingMachinery Terms of Service (TM ToS)
The following regulations define the rules for a user account on all TeachingMachinery sites located at:

By accessing and using the TeachingMachinery service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the TM ToS.
1. To use all of the free features provided by TeachingMachinery it is necessary to establish a user account. To create the user account, the registration process must be completed.
2. TeachingMachinery provides tools useful for language learning (vocabulary and grammar). All data (tests) created by the user is available free of charge to other users.
3. TeachingMachinery is not responsible for the fact that TM website is not working properly on users computer.
4. While using TeachingMachinery, user agrees to abide the law and TM ToS.
5. TeachingMachinery has the right to block or delete the user account (user violate any applicable local, national and international law or this regulations) and keep all data (tests) created by the user.
6. TeachingMachinery is entitled to suspend service offered on the TM’s websites without a notice to the users. (Possible reasons: the need to repair, extend, modify or maintain of equipment or software, or force majeure)
7. TeachingMachinery has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any data (tests, messages etc.) or other content maintained or transmitted by or through TM‘s services.
8. TeachingMachinery is entitled to make modifications of it’s features and layout, without notice to TM’s users.
9. By creating user account in TeachingMachinery websites user consents to use all data provided during registration process and filled in personal profile for commercial purposes. It means that TeachingMachinery has the user permission to send commercial information to the user (ona the e-mail adress provided during the registration process). Withdrawal of consent is tantamount to a request to remove user account.
10. It is strictly forbidden to insert any kind of advertisement in personal profile, questiones, answers nad tests descriptions without the knowledge and consent of the TM administrators. All such content will be removed without notification.
